“Just about 3 stars. Property that we visited we all feel was greatly exaggerated on the website. In truth/reality it was quite tired especially the kitchen. Not a huge range of appliances, lots of crockery was chipped, no working tin opener. Garden was not kept up, yes the lawn was mown but lots of huge brambles in borders along with very pet/child and adult unfriendly yucca plants, dozens of them.
Description over egged the property and if Sykes went there they would see it. Access to the property was not good, steep, twisty, narrow and bumpy and car parking was not for 6, 3 more realistic as you have to leave room to turnaround to leave to descend the steep, bumpy narrow twisty access track. In short description was not very accurate borderline dodgy estate agent jargon.”
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ted's Cottage, Skipton. A short walk into town and near supermarkets for shopping. A visit to Skipton Castle is a must and there's lots to do in the surrounding area. Car parking would have been a problem with a large car as we just managed it (Seat Leon).”

“Nice house with a lovely outlook over the Neyland Marina. One of the bedrooms has access to the back yard. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor and the kitchen, living room, and en-suite bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a separate bathroom. It was very nicely decorated and clean.”
