“Middleham is a lovely small town with everything that you could possibly need in it. The cottage was very pretty and compact and Roger was very welcoming and a mine of information. However, your description was inaccurate, " all on the ground floor " is not true there are 3 steps up to the bedroom and bathroom and should have been mentioned.”
“The cottage was fine but we did need to speak to somebody at Sykes and came up against a brick wall of a long queue on the phone sometimes of a half an hour and finally whn I did get through I was redirected to a branch just a couple of hundred yards fron where we were staying. As the problem was a a bust mattress and I did not get through until the Thursday this was not the best of service. This is the second time this has happened to me the support and service from Sykes is very poor.”

“Nice cosey cottage, nice & clean, no wellcome pack & no fuel provided, both would have been nice. Unable to close the lounge door as the chair was too big for the space & in the evening there was a draft coming from the hall, a smaller chair is needed for that space.”
