“This gorgeous spacious cottage is amazing very clean and well equipped with plenty of room for everyone, we lit the log burner on the last night which was so cosy my boston terrier was in heaven, very comfy beds and sofas nice little touches with bars of soap and hand wash in each bathroom, we all enjoyed the facilities everything was thought about...the only complaint I have is the outside space needs lighting we had a bbq one evening and had to come inside when it went dark which was ashame as we would of liked to have sat out with drinks with it being such a lovely big space overall I would definitely recommend and I will be booking for next year

“Tudor Lodge is such a beautiful house in a serene neighborhood. The house is large, well-appointed and nicely furnished. It has everything you need for a stay with family or group of friends. The only issue we had was with the bathrooms. The downstairs shower wasn’t working and so we had two showers to use. One of the showers upstairs wasn’t heating up, even after boosting the heating as instructed and the other one had nice hot water but low pressure. So essentially 8 of us had to share one low-pressure shower. The house looks exactly as advertised, had amazing sunset views over the mountains and a large terrace ideal for summer barbecues. With the exception of the shower situation, everything else was pretty much perfect.”
“Nice chalet and site. Unfortunately it was not ready at the specified 3:00 pm. The cleaning was rushed, and the bathroom was not particularly clean. Also it was a shame that the single car parking space outside the chalet was always occupied by other people on the site. Nice walk to Brynglas station on the Talyllyn Railway”
“Booking was easy but I didn’t use the Sykes app so my booking either doesn’t show or it says it’s cancelled. I had to call to make sure that my booking was real after paying a big deposit. Pretty poor.”

“Needs updating dirty n the smell of drains was appalling no cleaning equipment one dirty sponge left to wash had to go n buy bin bags cleaning equipment out side weeds everywhere hot tub paint pealing n rotten paving stones loose n dangerous neglect is evident so sorry to have to write this”
“What a wonderful place to stay, impeccably kitted out and extremely clean. It was so quiet and peaceful there and although we never had a dog I can see why it would be entirely suitable for them. The old piggery is also ideally placed to explore many places, particularly Worcester and the Malvern hills which are only 30 minutes away.
I also highly recommend The Swan at Birligham which serves excellent food and drink. It definitely requires booking though, even on a midweek lunchtime.”
