“When I tried to book it said "enquiry" as the owner had not set 2026 prices. When I enquired someone got back to me within 48 hours to say that they were still waiting for the owner. However, nobody got in contact to say that the owner had set the prices so I only found out by accident when I was browsing the website. Fortunately the week I wanted was still available otherwise I would have been extremely frustrated ! The booking process itself worked well as always.”

“Booking was relatively straightforward. My only suggestion for improvement would be to reword the question 'Number of guests,' as i put down that I was taking one guest, so the total number of people in my party ended up as 1. I then had to go back in and edit it afterwards. No great deal I know, but just a suggestion.”
“The layout of the website and the properties is good with comprehensive descriptions and location on a map ideal. Booking process was straightforward , only negative is the booking fees are too high so would probably use other cheaper sites in future bookings”

“The booking process online was a bit of a nightmare as all 3 attempts to pay for booking with different payment methods were blocked. I am not experiencing this issue with other internet sites. The 5 stars is for the most lovely operator whom I eventually spoke with on the phone who not only processed my payment but also told me about the cancellation policy which was clear as mud online.”
