“House was clean and recently decorated ( unfinished project in bathroom cabinet was an eye opener )
Very quiet with a partial view of the bay.
The only down side was due to a car being parked in such a way that we could not use the allocated parking bay without driving over the bollard for the bay or catching the small wall ( car registration: KW14ZPP )”

“Stayed in a lodge at pendine Sands,on first impressions looked spacious, modern & comfortable. Unfortunately not the case! Double bed very lumpy needs mattress replacing.Sofa low sagging in places,alot of dust around the TV area & we did not appreciate cleaning nail clippings,long dogs white hair everywhere.Fridge had a funny smell! I'm guessing wrong cleaning products used inside. Such a shame because this lodge would of been great apart from these issues.”
“We were vary happy with the accomadation 4 Polzeath Court. All clean and tidy. What I really like is that they provided a good amount of cleaning materials, toilet rolls, bin bags, which encourage you to keep the place clean.”
“Fantastic location and holiday home. Just a few updates in the home needed to ensure everything is perfect. As a family it served all our needs including space and perfect beach walks on the doorstep. We enjoyed the views of the aircraft flying around too.

“Lovely property in rural setting with great views. Spotlessly clean and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Particularly like the layout of this property with the en suite bedrooms each end and lounge etc in the middle. Excellent facilities and so conveniently situated for Dartmouth and surrounding areas such as Dartmoor. Plus a Sainbury's and BP garage just up the road. Would definitely recommend it and will be making a return visit.”
