“The lovely hosts made us feel welcome. It is beautiful venue - quiet and remote. We were treated to a local welcome hamper with delicious local marmalade. It is a great location for lots of walong and trips out which we certainly did. My only disappointment was not being about to use the shower as the entrance is quite narrow- my partner enjoyed it at least. But the bath was quite a suitable alternative.”

“To us, 6 New Street is like a home from home, we both enjoyed our week there on the 23rd July, got home and booked up again for the 5th of August. That's us booked up today to return to the cottage on the 2nd of November so we clearly like everything the cottage offers it's guests.
The house feels welcoming, its clean and its spacious with all that we needed in the form of home comforts. Having had a recent knee replacement, Id originally chosen the cottage because of its walk in shower and beautifully spacious downstairs bathroom.”

“Stud land was a perfect stay for the four of us inc a baby. It was perfectly located with all facilities needed for a perfect stay. The travel cot and Hugh hair were set up waiting our arrival. And nit forgetting the added touches - fresh flowers, chocolates and milk. The only negative was parking but that was something we were aware of prior to our holiday. For the first two nights we used the NCP car park which was located just 5 minutes away and then we were lucky enough to get a space on the road outside the apartment. Shall definitely return and recommend.”
“This is the second time I have booked a holiday property with Sykes. They have a good choice of properties nationwide and I have found the descriptions are accurate. The filters allow you to narrow your search down so you can select what matters to you. We always like to have a couple of bathrooms because we travel as a family group and it means we are not fighting over a space to get ready. I’ve got the Sykes app so I get discounts and offers and it’s really easy to use. I’d definitely recommend them as a company.”
“Disappointed with the cottage and site. Very cluttered cottage, WiFi non existent, area to playground full of mouldy apples and wasps. Playground not as shown in photos, should have be cordoned off, so no dogs allowed leaving a multipurpose area for ball games and an are to walk the dog. The only saving grace was the pool which was better than expected.”

best holiday. reported back to Sykes on return. waiting to see if Sykes can be bothered
