“Great location, fantastic weather helped . We all loved sitting on balcony, afterbreakfast watching surfers, and ships, and peaceful read. All good at Tarqui , except we dont think heating had been on for a long time and probably needing radiators bleeding. Location should say ' up steep hill' . We made it !but would like to have been warned. All fine thanks for lovely holiday.”
“Excellent position for canal walks, visiting the conference centre and also proximity to town's restaurants and cafes. Everything we wanted to do. Only one thing would point out is the steep staircase immediately inside the rear entrance and it's proximity to the bedroom door at night. A nightlight is advisable.”

Our only slight issues with the property were the condition of the decking on the balcony which was coming loose in places and the shower tray in the bathroom that we found extremely slippery.”

“The cottages on the whole are good and only had a few bits that got fixed pretty quickly. however Sykes is so hard to contact if there is a problem, it can drive you to drink or into a frenzy, come on Sykes get your act together and have an easy way of contacting a real person.”
