“Cottages are always great but customer services is often difficult to get hold of - I’m still waiting for an answer from before Xmas from them - fortunately the hosts got back to us as we’ve been to the cottage and come back! Can’t fault the cotrages though - always a very high standard 👍”
“The Little Clock House is the perfect location in beautiful Dartmouth. Great spot, cosy, warm and clean. Access details were through another agent who closed after the emailed key collection time but thankfully we sorted it. Would be great to have dishwasher tablets supplied but there is a shop opposite. Would definitely recommend and book again.”

“Charming cottage in tucked away location in heart of conservation area. Very private. Ideal for for access to coast, Snowdonia and further west. Ten minutes walk to beach where you can walk for miles, especially at low tide. Countryside just behind the town.”

The host was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay. We were especially grateful for their flexibility with a late checkout when it snowed heavily on our departure day, it made a potentially stressful situation much easier. We would 100% stay here again”

What an amazing holiday home, we loved the barn. Stayed here over New Year and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect.
We all loved everything about it, you couldn’t want for anything more in a holiday home, excellent location, extremely well equipped, comfy, cosy and even included the must have kitchen drawer with all kinds of chargers and screwdrivers, bits and bobs etc, just perfect.
We loved it so much we have booked to return this year to celebrate New Year 2027.”
