Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. I'm very sorry your item did not arrive when expected, which appears to be due to a delay at Royal Mail's Leeds Mail Centre. It's very important to us that all items arrive on time and we do everything we can at our end to ensure this happens, so I'm extremely disappointed things didn't go to plan on this occasion.
