“I'm in the US and a young friend was in the hospital and I found this to make him smile in his rough time. Not only did it ship out super fast and get there the next day, but the price was amazing! My young friend was very happy and said it was a lot. So very very satisfied with this company and their service!!”

“Would have been a really lovely gift but the card wasn’t done right . Some letters missing which ruined it . Disappointed that it was sent out that way definitely wasn’t checked . Then to be told it was an isolated incident that doesn’t make it right . So won’t be ordering again if this is the service”

I was very sorry to learn that 3 characters were missing from your Free Gift Message, which appeared to be due to a printing error. We take our customers satisfaction extremely seriously and will always investigate any issues that are reported to us. Thanks for taking the time to inform us of this issue and for leaving a review to allow us the opportunity to share publicly our handling of your concern. In our email to you we stated: Hi John, Thank you for your message and for bringing this to my attention. I'm very sorry your gift message was missing some characters and that we didn't spot this before it was sent out to you. Whatever the error is that caused this, we have not seen it before and I have been unable to replicate the issue, so thankfully it appears to be an isolated incident. I would be grateful, if you could pass on our sincere apologies to the recipient and I hope they still thoroughly enjoy the gift regardless. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Kindest Regards, Scott Miller @ Sweetie-Bouquets.co.uk
