“Great present arrived on time . Good service and looked amazing”

“The bouquet is lovely . Very well packaged and presented . However, I asked for a text when the parcel was delivered as it came to my work place , never received a text and one of my colleagues had opened it when I asked the parcel to be left in reception . Not Happy about that !!”

Unfortunately, our Free Delivery service doesn't include text or email alerts and although we can manually confirm delivery, we do not get notified either. For future reference, our Premium Delivery options delivered by our courier DPD Local include email and text notifications as standard and include Nominated Day, Express, Next Day & Weekend Delivery. “Looks fantastic and was deliveried very quickly! Only small thing was I got an email telling me what time it will be deliveried which really suited the person who was being surprised but it was actually delivered hours before meaning they were not in and it had to be delivered to a neighbour but that was always a risk I was willing to take. Overall very happy and I have a very thankful friend.”
