“Bouquets could be delivered as a bouquet not in the box ...the wow effect was gone...extremely reliable delivery...well manners delivery man and easy to order”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and raising an important point regarding the protective packaging we use. It's extremely important to us that all of our bouquet arrive in perfect condition anywhere in the world. As we use couriers to deliver our products, we must pack our bouquets extremely well using strong cardboard boxes and plenty of void fill. This is widely regarded as best practice when sending delicate items such as our Sweetie Bouquets. I hope this helps explain our use of protective packaging. “Really quick delivery, and well packaged. My only disappointment was that I paid to have 50% more added into the bouquet and To me it didn’t really look like it was worth over £30 pounds worth. All though it does look great, and the BF will love it. I was just expecting something a big bigger considering the price paid.”

Hi Paul, Thanks for taking the time to leave a positive review. Just to clear up any confusion regarding Next Day Delivery. I can see that we did deliver on the 24th January, exactly as our website advised when you placed your order. Although you ordered on the 22nd January, it was at 11:09pm which is long after our courier collections for that day and our 2pm cutoff time. Orders received after 2pm are processed the next working day, which is why our website correctly calculated a delivery date of the 24th January. Thank you for your review and we are delighted to hear your bouquet arrived safely and so quickly in Denmark. With regards to the amount of chocolate in your bouquet, we always put a little more than 50% in our XL bouquets just to be safe, however in the Kinder XL there is actually 75% more items and we simply couldn't fit any more if we tried. Although our prices are some of the most competitive around, I think it is fair to mention that there is a lot more to one of our sweetie bouquets than just the chocolate. Beautiful materials, premium packaging and a lot of hard-work ensures our bouquets always look great, arrive on -time and in perfect condition anywhere in the world. 😊

“A few days after ordering, I realised I had given the wrong flat number of the recipient. I phoned up Sweetie Bouquets and explained my dilemma. I was too late; my order had been sent out a day early. Thankfully I managed to sort out the problem but instead of arriving within between Tuesday and Thursday, the birthday present arrived on the Monday, which made it really early for the Friday birthday. Despite this I have nothing but praise for the kind and helpful gentleman who did his best to help in such a caring way when I contacted him in such a flap after realising my mistake with the address. Although early, the chocolate bouquet was well received and I would definitely recommend Sweetie Bouquets and use them again”

“I was online looking for something different to the usual flowers to give to a friend who had surgery when I found this website. I opted for the Cadbury bouquet and the free delivery. My friend was delighted and the bouquet looked fantastic. Totally lived up to my expectation. There was a slight delay with the mail service, so I’d opt for a specific date next time. “The bouquet is lovely . Very well packaged and presented . However, I asked for a text when the parcel was delivered as it came to my work place , never received a text and one of my colleagues had opened it when I asked the parcel to be left in reception . Not Happy about that !!”

Unfortunately, our Free Delivery service doesn't include text or email alerts and although we can manually confirm delivery, we do not get notified either. For future reference, our Premium Delivery options delivered by our courier DPD Local include email and text notifications as standard and include Nominated Day, Express, Next Day & Weekend Delivery.
