“Arrived on time lovely Bouquet”

Helpful Report

“Lovely if I would have received my order. Still waiting on my order that I paid extra to have sent out on a day.but still has not arrived and its two days later”

Helpful Report

Due to the significant risk to life presented by Storm Eunice, our courier Royal Mail took the difficult decision of suspending all collections late Friday afternoon. This regrettably and unavoidably lead to the delayed deliveries of many of our customers, who had chosen a Saturday Delivery. We did update everyone affected via email as soon as we learnt of it ourselves, unfortunately this was too late to make any alternative delivery arrangements. I can only apologise that we were unable to deliver your order on your chosen day and assure you that it was entirely out of control.

“Amazing customer service. Delivery was delayed and they hand delivered as I needed it for a birthday. I would defiantly recommend sussing this company!!”
