I'm sorry to learn your order did not arrive when expected and thank you for bringing this to our attention. As you are aware from the emails and tracking we sent you, your item is currently with Royal Mail, who for reasons beyond our control, were unable to deliver your item as we instructed. We always do everything we can at our end to ensure all orders arrive on time, so it's extremely disappointing things didn't go to plan on this occasion.
