Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We promise to "NEVER use Snack-Size, Treat-Size, or smaller "multi-pack" items unless clearly stated in the contents." I can confirm that none of the items in the bouquet you ordered are marked as Snack-size, Treat-size or or from a multi-pack as promised. As the Lindt Lindor Truffles you mention come in a range of 'standard size' boxes, we clearly state the weight of the box we use in the contents section. The product images also accurately show the correct size box we use. I'm sorry if you missed these details when placing your order. If any customer is unhappy with the bouquet they received, we offer Free returns under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, so please get in touch if you would like to return the unopened bouquet for a full refund. Wherever possible we use customer feedback to improve the products and services we deliver, so thanks again for your valuable review.
