“I placed a order for 3 bouquets as Easter gifts I paid for specific day delivery and have only received 1 of them the other is supposed to be with parcel force but they have as yet not received it I am disabled and not able to get get out to replace them saying that the afternoon before Easter Sunday I would not have gotten any eggs anyway very disappointed and extremely upset”

Hi Jayne, I’m extremely disappointed to learn one of your parcels has not arrived in time for Easter and sorry for any disappointment this has caused. It is extremely important to us that all orders arrive on time, whatever the occasion and I can confirm that your entire order was sent out on the same day to ensure a timely delivery. Unfortunately Parcel force are closed for Easter, but I will continue to monitor the status of your parcel and contact them the moment they are available, to find out what has gone wrong. We will of course refund your delivery fee in full in any case and urgently send replacements, if your missing items are in fact lost as your tracking suggests.
