“Beautiful, had an issue with the delivery as i paid for delivery b4 1pm but soon as i got in contact with them i got money back for the delivery, it still turned up just a couple of hours late, but so happy with it thank you, very freindly cant fort them as delivery was not there fort but couriers beautiful gifts highly recommend”

I received great customer service; my bouquet was delivered late, though I had paid for express delivery (this seemed to be Royal Mail's fault rather than Sweetie Bouquets'). After getting in touch with them, my express delivery charge was refunded with no quibbles. Would definitely use this company again.”
