Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention. I'm very sorry your item did not arrive when expected, which appears to be due to a delay at Royal Mail's Leeds Mail Centre. It's very important to us that all items arrive on time and we do everything we can at our end to ensure this happens, so I'm extremely disappointed things didn't go to plan on this occasion. I have of course refunded your delivery fee in full and sincerely hope this rare delay doesn't prevent you from using our services again in the future. Please let me know if I can help with anything else. Kindest regards, Scott @ Sweetie Bouquets.

Great value, lovely ideas, and delivery dates are spot on. My birthday is in a week.. will await the same from my sister! If not I’ll buy my own I’ll definitely be a returning customer”
