“Bought a sweetie bouquet and greeting card for my daughter to congratulate her on her A level results, it had all of her favourite sweets arranged lovely. My daughter was absolutely over the moon with it which is a hit as she's very hard to impress! It came on time and well packaged 📦 and I was kept up to date on the tracking info too. I would definitely recommend these as a gift for someone who is difficult to buy for, definitely wouldn't be disappointed.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We value all reviews and wherever possible use them to improve our products and service. We've used our tried and tested packaging and materials to safely send over 100,000 bouquets all over the world. The overwhelming feedback from our customers is that they arrive in perfect condition and exceed expectation, so I can only aplogise we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. The main cause of damage in transit is poor packaging that allows movement of the goods inside. For this reason our boxes are a perfectly snug fit for our bouquets and the other matierials we Once out of the box, simply straighten the cellophane gift-wrap and our Organza bows, will spring back to shape and the bouquet is ready to gift and enjoy. All of our customers benefit from a 100% satisfaciton guanrantee that incudes free returns and a full refund. Please get in touch you would like details of how to send your order back. Kindest regards, Scott @ Sweetie Bouquets
