“Absolutely wonderful service! The customer service from Swagger and Swoon was second to none. They have a huge range of colours and style and they did their upmost to help me chose the best option for me. The ties are excellent quality and there shipping times were very quick. Add that to their excellent communication and you'd go far to find a better service. I can't thank you guys enough!”

“The self supporting adjusters on the trousers of my dinner suit had failed. I was Duty Manager at a theatre two days later; I desperately needed some quality braces. S&S duly obliged on time.”

“we absolutly love our ties and pocket squares. the service we received and matching our ties to the dresses was second to none and i wouldnt hesitate in recommending you to anyone. We was abit unsure as we thought for what they are they were abit steep but so glad we did as they are worth every penny. Thankyou so much. and i love how they were packaged such a thoughful touch”

“Easy to navigate and find what I needed. Great communication post order. The ties arrived individually packed in tissue paper, with a lovely card and little heart shaped chocolate. A minor suggestion would be; the box it all came in seemed to not have strong enough adhesive, so the parcel was partially open. Very happy with the quality of the ties :)”

“Brilliant service , all the staff are so helpful!! Very quick delivery, swatches are really useful, and the presentation when we received our ties and pocket squares was lovely. We haven't had our wedding yet but the ties are great quality and cant wait to see them all worn on the day!!”

“Ordered swatches first, arrived speedily. Perfect colour match so ordered cravats and pocket squares. All arrived very quickly, perfectly packaged. Was pleasantly surprised to see bright tissue paper wrapped around the cravats. Chocolates in an organza bag -'nice personal touch. 110% would use again and would definitely recommend. Excellent. Many thanks 😀”

“The best customer service I have ever come across! I needed a tie and pocket square for my fiancé, after struggling with the swatches I emailed a picture of my dress and was sent out more swatches to try match, finally found the best match! Delivery is super fast and they added cute little chocolates! 100% service from start to finish, I can’t recommend them enough. No doubt will be using them again in the near future. Thanks guys xx”

“I started my Swagger & Swoon journey by ordering some swatches and then a tie. When my fiancé changed his mind Alison, Zoe and the team were very helpful in sending me other swatches and providing advice. When I finally decided on an alternative, there were only 3 available and I needed 7. Hannah was very kind to put an order in for the remaining 4 to be shipped as soon as they were ready. Great service! Quick delivery and a high quality product. Very pleased. Would highly recommend.”

“The choice on the website was amazing we needed a specific shade of blue that I struggled to find everywhere else but we found it here. The quality of the tie was second to non we are so pleased with it it will look sensational on the wedding day. The ties were delivered very fast and were so nicely packaged with a little note and favour which was a lovely touch. I would happily recommend this company to everyone.”
