We were contacted several times throughout the process of them being made to keep us updated & even received a lovely message the day before the wedding to wish us the very best, then an email to ask how our special day was. The website was so easy to use and communication after ordering was really good as you got updates throughout the whole process. We also ordered more ties after for the dads and again the process was so easy and everyone was always on hand to help.
