“Extremely helpful attitude and they will do what they "say on the tin" and help you find a matching colour. I was only buying one tie and it made no difference to their attitude. Yes the tie was more expensive than if I had gone out and found it myself, but then I wouldn't have found it. Strongly recommend.”
