“After some wedding party changes I needed some more ties to match the ones I already had. However, the colour I needed was out of stock and it was 3 weeks until the wedding. I phoned up and swagger and swoon were so helpful. Luckily they kept hold of my request and luckily someone cancelled their order. They rang me straight away, and the ties were with me 2 days later. Couldn't be happier with the service.”

“I just couldn't find the ties I wanted for my wedding and found your site and after looking I ordered some swatches which didn't arrive,I went on your web chat and had a conversation with Alison who resolved the issue for me,after I received the swatches I found the perfect match to go with the bridesmaids dresses,after dealing with Alison I called her and placed the order which I received and it's one less thing to worry about,I'm not one to normally give a review but thought you should know that your colleague not employee Alison is a star so I have given your details to a dressmaker as she always has clients looking for colour match ties so hoping this brings you more business,A very big thank you to all @Swagger&Swoon”

“Swagger and Swoon were recommended to us by a friend as we were struggling to find the colour ties we had in mind for our wedding. I’m so glad we found them - the service has been brilliant. It’s so easy to order the swatches to check colours, and they have such a wide variety of shades. The team are not pushy but do check in to see if there is anything they can do to help. Once ordered, our ties came really quickly. We are very happy and would certainly recommend to anyone.”

“Staff were very friendly and polite when I contacted them via online chat and by their email system. I needed some ties urgently for a wedding and was a little worried they would not arrive in time (they were waiting for more stock to come in). Zoe reassured me by email that they would arrive before my wedding and they would be sent out for next day special delivery. Happy to say I received the ties in good time and came well packaged, beautifully presented with a personal message from Hannah. Would not hesitate to recommend Swagger & Swoon. Ties are excellent and exactly what I needed for the grooms party! Thanks”

“Awesome customer service (especially from Alison). Very personal service, lots of text messages and emails ensuring everything is perfect. I was more than a little concerned that I wouldn't get my order in time for next Saturday (7th July 2018) but Alison absolutely kept her promise of "We've never missed a wedding"!! My ties and pocket squares duly arrived yesterday, packaged lovely with a little extra personal touch inside the box. Great job guys, will absolutely recommend you! Thank you :)”

“I just picked up my Swagger & Swoon ties from the post office. They are just perfect! The colour is brilliant and matches my bridesmaids dresses. The customer service was fantastic! When they didn't have a particular tie I wanted in stock, I emailed them and they were really great. They told me when this would be available and made sure that I would get this in time for my wedding. Many thanks to all at S&S, particularly Hannah and Alison.”
