“I just finished my Business admin course. My tutor Wendy she is really nice and helpful. She has a lot patience and she explains the things very well . Only thing I don’t like it time period of course to long 9:30 to 4:30 ,5 days in a week .It’s to much for single parents. Rest of I really enjoy the learning period .”

“Coming into the course, I wasn’t sure that the long process of applying to the civil service job would be something I would want to deal with over 5 days. But once we started, and got into the details, I started to feel the benefit of actually having a mentor who knows what she is doing and how the feedback really helps you know what you can do better to widen your chances of getting a job. The trainer is really friendly and I got to meet some lovely people and we had our share of laughs!”

“I found the course to be insightful and beneficial, since being out of work I have re-designed my CV several times either as an update or on the advice of those that are, supposed to know. On how I should lay it out, what I should include etc. I have over 15 different iterations of my CV, and no job. And although I have heard of the ATS system, and its purpose before attending. This course and in particular Rebecca, provided clear insight on how and why we should construct our CV in a certain way. I also now have a better insight to the peramiters for applying to the civil service. And if it is the right type of role for me. I feel more confident in applying for roles in the future.”
