“This was the most extroadinary change of the norm . The Civil Service recruitment course run by strive was a breath of fresh air . It was a wonderful reveal to myself who has always struggled to cope with this type of course. My neurodivergence was no issue .Both Maria and Jonathan were excellent tutors and supported my journey and life experiences with the projects. As for the feedback it was always positive and then the icing on the cake at the end of the course No negative result completely hit for 6 never had positive feedback of this type. I am hoping to arrange a meeting to discuss how Strive and Intelligence within would hugely benefit working in partnership to enable more of us with hidden disabilities and blue sky concepts to work together for empowerment and blue sky thinking”
