“I had some personal issues at the start, and one of the tutors was not that sympathetic. Noelle, who was my other tutor, was brilliant and encouraged me all the way. Without her, I may have not finished the course and taken the other advice, which was to cancel the course and start again at a later date. I have not received my certificate yet, so not sure what the questions below are?”

Links were provided in the feedback to aid further learning opportunities on other topics p.e. Safeguarding/ Preventing / British Values, and received good guidance in understanding how to relate them in everyday life. I worked hard to achieve my qualification and always took tutor feedback on board and submissions have been timely. I in the end was awarded a Certificate.”
