“The training course was good. It was all done online using a very easy-to-use website. Some of the 'interactive elements' were unnecessary and did little to actually enhance the learning though and some of the images used in the material was not inclusive enough for me. Since finishing the course, and trying to arrange another one with them, I have to say that, sadly, customer service has been very poor. I would recommend the course itself though.”
