“Steve is a very good trainer. This course would be invaluable for people who are not experienced in job applications or/and interviews. The only criticism is that I really hoped for a more focused Civil Service recruitment process. I hoped to practise lots of Reasoning Tests and Situational Judgment tests and to practice statements based on the Civil Service Competency based profiles - Communicating and Influencing, Delivering at Pace, etc. These were hardly touched. We practised a general approach to the work search and interviews, which was very good but not Civil Service focused.”
