“I loved the course. The trainer was very personable, nice, attentive, tech-aware and literate - there were no silly jokes about "I am so bad at this" to make everyone feel better. We all were expected a minimum and were given a maximum. I enjoyed the exercises. Nothing was new, after all what works is what always worked, hard work, but it was good to be reminded and it did not feel hard at all. The format was quite intensive and it did work.”
