“Employability Skills virtual classroom training was an excellent vehicle for me to learn how to apply for jobs within a specific field, including reasoning tests and how to articulate my skillset in the preferred format. Tutors were supportive and knowledgeable and undertaking the course with others virtually, enriched the experience through shared learning and real-world scenarios. Due to my positive experience, I enrolled in online Learning: Lean Organisation Management Techniques. This course enabled me to learn at my own pace to gain more specialized knowledge about the field I wanted to go into. The successful outcome of both courses was a job offer in my preferred industry sector and field: Civil Service projects.
