“Antonia was excellent, extremely helpful and patient with all (especially with more difficult students). She provided a lot of useful information even for people who felt they had a good idea on how to apply for jobs. Very informative and very well done considering it had to be condensed down into 4 days. Well done Antonia”

“I can highly recommend this course as I have learnt so much about the industry I now want to work in. Before I had a limited understanding of the catering and hospitality sector ,but now I have a wide range of general knowledge . A huge thank you to Tina for her tuition and helpful guidance , without her style of teaching in a group supporting each other ,I probably wouldn’t have finished the course .
