“I enjoyed the course and got a lot out of it. My confidence has been boosted and I now fee extremely excited about applying for a Civil Service job role.
Jonathan (our trainer) was very engaging and professional throughout the course. He walked everyone through what was required at a good pace and was helpful to those who struggled in any way. He has good demeanour and his voice is very easy to listen to.
Although I only saw Maria during the interview stage, I did see and appreciate her feedback on other sections. She also has a very professional and approachable style that helped to put people at ease through the, often nerve racking, interview stage.”
