“I recently completed the Level 3 Management and Leadership course with Strive Training, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. Although the course was intensive, it was extremely engaging and well-structured throughout. The handouts provided were clear, concise, and packed with practical information that I can already see being useful in real-life workplace scenarios and future roles.
Our tutor, Connie, was outstanding—she brought energy, clarity, and encouragement to every session. One of the most valuable aspects was how she guided us through small group projects from the course portfolio. Working in these teams helped us apply the material collaboratively, practice leadership and delegation in a hands-on way, and gain different perspectives from our peers.
