Jonathon, firstly (efficacy), Friendly ‘salt of the earth’ presentation, which was some feat coordinating a very demanding schedule, accommodating the varying needs of a great many people with diverse backgrounds and career aspirations. So my compliments to Jonathon for making what was a demanding schedule and delivery constraints—seem effortless, ‘recognisably so—’ given additional pressures of the bank holiday… shortening the standard time horizon to four days.
Secondly (effectiveness), the material content was instructive, there was nuance and subtlety to proceedings particular to the Civil Service ‘success profiles’ system, while comparatively speaking, I can see how valuable insights may be abstracted away, or lost altogether from going it alone, through desk research, or a more formal reading of resource materials. On that note alone—I would recommend the course to others. Just be prepared to work within your limits to get the most out of your experience.
