“I attended the Principles of Business Administration Level 1 course with Strive Training.
Our course tutor Wendy was friendly and professional - showing us how to make documents, creating a brand for business of our choosing, and showing us the many forms of communication we use when interacting with customers/fellow colleagues.
I learnt how to conduct myself in a personable yet appropriate manner, and also how important it is to adhere to various standards such as customer confidentiality, to Health & Safety regulations; so as to protect our clients, and safeguard the business I'd be working for from facing legal actions
