“I cannot be more thankful for Strive Training and my tutor Carlene. Thank you for providing indepth knowledge, training and assistance. I have learned many techniques, tips and practices that will maximise my chances of securing a role within the Civil Service. “Using Strive Training was a very positive experience for me. The IT support before the course and support from the tutor during the course was excellent. It was a very well structured course on the skills required for job searching, applying for jobs and preparing and going for interviews. It was a very helpful introduction to applying for jobs in the Civil Service and the focus on behaviours and strengths was very useful. The Employability Plus is an excellent job search platform helping you to apply for jobs and interact with others. I would recommend the course to anyone looking to improve their job searching skills. Thank you”

“For the 2 weeks of Strive Training I gained a lot of knowledge using a Word, creating documents, and build up mu confidence using zoom. Tutor W. Hill cares about her students and archivements. Me, and a whe team received numerous positive feedback from her! Especially bring smile on my face - we were one of the best team with who she was working. Really recommend Strive Training A+++”

“I thought our tutor, Janet, was excellent. Marks out of ten, I would score her eleven. She was extremely patient with those with no previous experience in warehousing (me) and limited computer skills (me again). As for the course itself, I felt on occasions that the quesions became slightly repetitive. Along the lines of 'the cat sat on the mat, explain.' Next question, 'sat the cat on a mat, expand.' To be fair, I do feel more confident in applying for a warehuse job.”

“The tutor was very good. Very patient and thorough. Providing lots of material to go through. Gave lots of examples. You really felt that he wanted everyone to pass, no exceptions. Wasn't irritated have to repeat himself or having to answer the same questions more than once. He told us of his personal experience in applying for work. Everything was very useful. He was also very motivating. A great course and a great tutor.👍🏼 Also what I learnt about the Civil Service was very interesting.”
