“The course was really good, you have support from your tutor if you need. I finished my course in july and i'm disappointed i didn't get my certificate yet.”
“A good trainer, who engaged the disparate team, so everyone contributed and learned. Despite being sceptical, I learned several things which I quickly put into action. My only 'gripe' is that the trainer promised to set up a WhatsApp group so the participants could stay connected, but this never happened, which was disappointing.”

The general certification process is normally from 6-8 weeks. However, due to the pandemic, the Awarding Bodies service has been impacted which can cause a delay. We are working hard to distribute all the certificates that we have received in a timely manner and we will send a text as soon as the certificates are ready.
