“The solicitors demonstrated solid legal knowledge and experience throughout my case. However, when I faced urgent challenges related to child arrangements, it was at times difficult to reach them or receive timely advice. On several occasions, discussions seemed to focus more on account balances and the need for additional funds than on progressing the substantive issues. As this was my first experience working with solicitors, I’m not sure how typical this approach is across the profession. Nevertheless, I found the process more transactional than I expected and would have appreciated a greater sense of empathy and personal engagement. While I recognise the complexity of family law matters, I invested several tens of thousands of pounds and unfortunately did not achieve meaningful progress. For that reason, I am considering representing myself as a Litigant in Person in future proceedings.”

“I have not given a good advice, when I contacted the firm I made it clear that I have specific question about religious marriage and divorce after the first meeting I realised they are not specialised in this area, although they know what issue I need the legal advice for and felt only interested in racking up my bills. I will not recommend the firm for a friend.”
