“A sleeper skirmish game. Rules are very simple but play can be as complex as you make it. Easy read, but a few more examples would be helpful. Forums and errata help clarify”

“Botched products, cheap pdf « supplied » to fix their shits, too f’n greedybto offer proper replacement for damaged parts. Worst experience ever. P.S. we cannot complain about « customer service »’THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SFG.”

“My friends and I love this game and Faraway Sea expansion. I wish the PDF from the original core box was available for download. It is simple for newer players. The details on smaller minis are overwhelming to paint. It is hard to see the textures.”

I recently purchased the green giant alligator, and while I appreciate its quality, I must express a personal preference for it in red as it would have better complemented the rest of my collection. Additionally, I wanted to address my disappointment in the challenges faced by fans like myself in acquiring the Resident Evil Alpha Pledge. The limited availability of these pledges, coupled with third-party resellers pricing them exorbitantly, has left many genuine players, like me, unable to afford this exclusive experience. I understand the concept of limited editions but witnessing such editions being sold at significantly higher prices by third-party vendors is disheartening. It creates a barrier for dedicated players who are genuinely passionate about enjoying the content but cannot afford the inflated costs. I kindly request you to consider alternative solutions or increase the production of such exclusive items to ensure that true fans have a fair opportunity to acquire them without resorting to the inflated prices imposed by third-party sellers. “I own a lot of board games and miniatures and by far the resident evil series of board games is my absolute favourite. Im a miniature painter, love my Warhammer and never thought of painting anything else untill I stumbled across the resident evil board game miniatures. Perfectly detailed and representative of the franchise. So much nostalgia in painting them and watching them turn into the characters I remember. The game is really fun too. Already had a few game nights with the lads. Few beers and a few scenario campaign missions. Every time I end up dying as I'm protecting the others, but adds to the immersive feel and we have a full campaign planned spanning the next few months so can't wait to dive back in. Defo recommend steamforged games.”

“Aside from the incredibly long wait to receive my copy of Dark Souls: The Roleplaying Game due to initial poor editing and management by the publisher, my experience in getting my hands on my product (that I had already paid for) was very dissatisfying. I recently moved and had informed customer service beforehand so that when my copy of the book eventually shipped, it wouldn't be even more delayed. However, when the book shipped, it shipped to my previous address. When it arrived there, it was not forwarded to my new address like everything else, it was returned to sender. When I contacted Steamforged Game about this (I had to try a few times, I might add), I was informed that they had no record of my messages to update my address and that I would have to pay an extra shipping fee if I wanted my book THAT I HAD PAID FOR WELL OVER A YEAR AGO. So, because Steamforged decided that they couldn't find my earlier attempt to update my address, they held my book until I paid an extra fee.”

“The products I received were high quality and the addition of the two minatures (urizen and Angelo) plug ins were very much appreciated since the one that came in the box were glue to base versions. I have to say the game has been very fun and with the addition of these expansions, I expect even more in-depth gameplay and good times. There was only one problem I had with the whole process. The shipping. While I know it is out of your control once you have shipped a product. I just wanted to give you feedback on the way of tracking your package. To track the package, you have to download the Shop app. This app may work well in the USA, but in Canada, it didn't track my package at all. The only information it could give me was that it was shipped. I would like to see a different way to track your packages in the future.”
