“SFG do a lot right. The miniatures are incredibly well done, the amount of content is huge and the core concepts of the games are well thought out. However I can't give a high score as they consistently couldn't care less about how much space they take up, even inside the board game boxes and for some an even more egregious fault is that they'll ship games before proofreading it all. My rulebook for elden ring, although falling apart, is incredibly well written. However every other book that came with the elden ring board game has multiple huge 'Critital Hit' typos in. With my all in pledge, that's at least 12 booklets with that typo.”

“Models were fine. Bonesaw was broken off his base, just a bad model design for this type of packaging. Over all the models were clear. Alot of extra resin had to be cleaned up as a product of the 3d printing but the models were pretty crisp. My real and only complaint is the time is takes to get a order. 30+ days. While I dont personally care, it is impossible to get someone new into the game this way. I hope their is a plan to change this in the future. Over all, good stuff!”

“After buying the digital version of Animal Adventures: The Faraway Sea Sourcebook. I wanted to buy the physical version since I noticed I prefer that during my campaigns. (I already own the physical version of Secrets of Gullet Cove) I contacted SteamForged Games and asked if they could give me a discount since I already own the digital version. They just told me that they couldn't without trying to find a compromise or something. Not very customer friendly.”

“The games are great. The communication less so. I was notified that my order shipped and then heard nothing for 11 days. They did not offer me a tracking number (suggesting I download the Shop app, which just said it was "in transit.") I sent 2 emails to customer service, neither of which were ever answered, but an hour after I sent the second email, I got a new shipping notification from their fulfilment center. That warehouse happens to be in the same city as me, so I got it next day. The whole experience makes me think they marked my order as shipped but never transmitted it to their fulfillment center until they saw my second email. Mistakes happen, especially over the holidays, but the fact that no one replied to either of my emails was extremely disappointing.”
