“The games are great. The communication less so. I was notified that my order shipped and then heard nothing for 11 days. They did not offer me a tracking number (suggesting I download the Shop app, which just said it was "in transit.") I sent 2 emails to customer service, neither of which were ever answered, but an hour after I sent the second email, I got a new shipping notification from their fulfilment center. That warehouse happens to be in the same city as me, so I got it next day. The whole experience makes me think they marked my order as shipped but never transmitted it to their fulfillment center until they saw my second email. Mistakes happen, especially over the holidays, but the fact that no one replied to either of my emails was extremely disappointing.”

“the products are unbelievable! Great quality, good price, and perfect for all fans of Horizon Zero Dawn. The only missing part is the Tallneck which is representative of this game and will be a great extension. Unfortunately, the shipping was very poor and many figures arrive already broken. I wait to be replaced but, until now I didnțt received the details regarding shipping, please urgent that. Many thanks Steamforged!”

“I've absolutely loved SFG Resident Evil line and all things along with it. Not sure if the review is meant to be for the store. Packages recieved very fast, but wish there was more stock of RE terrain stuff. My only "complaint" is the lack of zombie variety in 3 and 1, (3 is really too few). I would not be satisfied with other companies zombies, but would be if SFG made just a pack of minis, inspired by RE. Also would be really interested if the kickstarters could do something like larger 3d prints of lead characters or monsters as stretch goals. That's a lot of me wishing, but company is A+”

“Never had any issues with Steamforged. All my orders were received fairly quickly and all were packed safely. I once had placed an incorrect order and they had it refunded to me within days. No hoops to jump through.”
