“I've just recently fell into the world of board games, and the Resident evil games were my first purchases. I like their Dungeon Crawler/ Survival system. I love their miniatures and the accuracy and respect to the lore of the IP they're working with.”

“After buying the digital version of Animal Adventures: The Faraway Sea Sourcebook. I wanted to buy the physical version since I noticed I prefer that during my campaigns. (I already own the physical version of Secrets of Gullet Cove) I contacted SteamForged Games and asked if they could give me a discount since I already own the digital version. They just told me that they couldn't without trying to find a compromise or something. Not very customer friendly.”

“Order generated in September, goods received in December and damaged (50% of models with broken parts). I'm now in discussion for more than 2 months to get re-imbursed”

“I know of Steamforged Games primarily through their Kickstarter funded 'Horizon: Seeds of Rebellion.', which was run about a year ago. Based on my experience to date, I consider them a decent crew. I'm still waiting for the final product (due in May), but I'm OK with that. Steamforged flagged the development delay from the outset, in not so fine print, and have been keeping the pain to a minimum with a regular monthly schedule of informative updates, recently culminating in the release of the draft version of the rules book for review. No schedule slippages to date. So far, so good.”

“My delivery came slightly late because of the heavy influx of orders, however this was only a minor inconvenience for me. If one wants order a Christmas gift or potentially around holidays ordering a bit early may be preferrable. When engaging with customer support about it they were swift to respond and forthcoming with information. The game itself is very well produced and very thoughtfully setup and well tutorialized. Generally very happy with my product and definitely will try more steamforged products.”
