“I cannot give an actual review because I do not open them. (I did open the first two, but none since.) I simply purchase every one when you offer, and collect them. With this most recent order, I now have 32 sitting on their own bookcase. I will say the covers are superb !”

“I’ve bought the starter set of Warmachine and the P3 starter paint set. Both were a good value. Paint set was my favorite the Warmachine set was good quality but a little difficult for assembly.”

“I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the boardgames I own so far. The adaptation of Monster Hunter rules. There are some minor issues here and there, but not enough for my rating of the company as a whole to go below 5 stars”

“The Kirin model arrived broken in the box. No update or time frame for replacement. Ordered dec14. Arrived broken Jan 9th. Radio silence on when or if I will receive what I paid for. Poor customer service, and anti consumer practices makes this a negative experience.”

“I placed an order (#SFU111812) almost three months ago on November 16th. The order was for print on demand Guild Ball miniatures. I've received The Falconers: Crossover Set I ordered but one of the miniatures arrived badly broken; I've still not received a replacement. As for The Alchemists Bench I ordered, all I've received is one miniature plus an exact duplicate of that miniature! All the responses I've received from Steamforged customer service are generic, automated messages. There is no customer service phone number so it's impossible to speak to a company representative. I'm not sure what to do at this point as it doesn't look like I'll ever receive the rest of my order.”

“Models came in with several duplicate figures and an incomplete team. Axes and hammers were also not printed as one contiguous model and were either broken off in transit or printed that way.”

“I have orded the paints the 7 december 2025, we are the 18 january 2026 and still i have not received the order. I'm very disapointed since it was meant to be a prensent for christmas. No news, no information what's so ever.”

“I like the "Easter Eggs" on this mini. I bought it for a friend for his birthday coming up in April, and I planned on painting the mini, so when I got to work, I noticed the fantastic Indiana Jones details that made me happy. I can't comment about the quality of the story/maps/tokens, because I don't want spoilers, I'm just painting his mini, putting it back in the box, and gifting it to him with the hopes he will run the campaign for me.”
