“It arrived on time, with no typos, which was great as some reviews complained about typos or late arrival of their order. Print quality was poor but given the fact that they charge around £20, I didnt have high expectations... you get what you pay for! :)”

“Great service, I genuinely thought the format for name was the name and then followed by Star, for example Amy’s Star as that’s the format shown in all pics on the website, so on the order form when it asked “name” I literally just the name lol, but the paperwork came with just the name and I called up and explained and the lady is sending out fresh paperwork with the updated format so I can’t fault them, the box and presentation is beautiful, and thank you for correcting what was obviously my mistake.”

“This was bought for a very dear friend who was terminally ill with cancer. Unfortunately, she deteriorated rapidly, so I reached out to ask if I could pay extra to speed up delivery (it was ordered to be delivered in time for her birthday). The package was received the very next day and I was sent digital copies there and then. Unfortunately, my friend didn't get to see her gift, but her family and friends all have something extra special as a keep sake. 5 Stars doesn't come close - amazing gift and THE BEST customer service. Thank you.”
