Ordered the valentines bundle, came without the rose and without the qr code paper. Have emailed regarding this and still no response.

Ordered the framed memorial Star gift set. That was supposed to come with wooden stars and a feather. When the package arrived it was missing the feather and the stars. When I contacted them over a week ago they said they would send them in the post. As of yet they have not. When I try and ask them about it through the chat option on the website. The staff speak to you poorly. In short. Package delivered with missing items and staff fob you off with excuses

Lovely product well presented. However, customer service is non existent! When placing the order, I requested a different delivery address direct to the recipient. The address defaulted to the invoice address which I thought was odd. Luckily I noticed before clicking the pay button and reprocessed the order with the recipient address, which was accepted second time around. I emailed the company to make sure they had the correct address as I did not receive an order confirmation (only an email receipt, with amount paid) Without an order confirmation, it is impossible to check the order has been processed correctly. Therefore, I emailed the company twice to check the delivery address had gone through ok and had no response. As this was a memorial gift, it was particularly disappointing when it arrived at my home address instead. I now have the additional expense of forwarding the item to the correct address! I messaged the company to advise them but have been ignored again, so I won’t be placing any future orders, as good customer service is a priority for me.

Purchased a bunny gift set recently for my godsons first birthday and only the scroll has arrived when on the photo it shown that the scroll and the bunny came in a beautiful square gift box together, Iv only received the scroll and no teddy and the scroll is in a rectangle box. When contacted customer services they have asked for my reference number and no one has got back to me since, I need the rest of my order ASAP as it is his first birthday very soon

Reason I give 3 stars is, although I am happy about the presentation box, certificate and stars inside box. I contacted Star Listings as the teddy I had looked bashed and eyes crooked. I sent an email but got no response at all. So I bought another teddy to put in. Daughter delighted with the gift for our Grandsons 1st birthday. Customer Services need further training as I'm still waiting on a reply!! I think 3 stars is in fact generous!

Was a lovely memento, I just wished it had all come on one piece of paper so I could frame it. Also it said our star was in the Southern Hemisphere when it’s in the north

The delivery was quick and the box was really lovely. Can’t find the star as the star registry does not work. Have had the star for nearly 2 weeks and still can’t find it. Hard to give it to someone as a present when you can’t show them where the star is located as the map that comes in the box is pretty rubbish. It’s expensive for what you get.

The package I orderd was very lovely but abit deceiving I selected the £58.99 order as it stated what it included, which was a full set up certificate book and a wooden engraved star, which I ended up having to pay an extra £22.99 at the check out for so I wasnt happy about this. Other than that I was happy with my order.

Ordered over Xmas period and ordered two instead of one had a phone call to say payment would b put back into account and I am still waiting. Tried ringing up they say there are closed, also left a email message and still no response so not very happy

I was expecting an A3 starchart like my previous purchases, so they would match. the choice of gift set is becoming very confusing. However that said this is a fantastic gift not only to appease grief but as a general heartwarming special gift for the whole familly to enjoy.

I loved my star orders they were beautiful my only downside is because I ordered one with a teddy and it came in a box which was obviously supposed to have a mug in it instead and I would rather have been given a more professional box for the money I paid but overall it was a great gift for my nieces
