“Purchased this as gift for my niece who is terminally ill and lives in Australia, the information and certificates etc were beautifully gifted wrapped I sent these to her for Christmas she said it was the most wonderful and thoughtful gift she has ever had, and when she is gone her family can look at this bright star and think of her,thank you for making this so special”

“I am very happy with the service and they send me a replacement by email by the next day with download printerbles as it was to late to repost another set before Christmas on the original copy’s because the name wrong. My father in law and two sisters in laws was very happy with Christmas gifts”

“Very dissatisfied with this service. I made an order on the 14th of December for a star to be delivered by post. I recieved an email to state it had been shipped on the 16th, and it would be 2-4 days before it arrived, (so the latest of the 20th December it should have arrived). Delivery then changed to the 23rd December, (I made reasonable accomodations as it's the Christmas period and a busy time). It is now January 4th and there's no update on my order. I have sent 3 emails to the customer service team which have been ignored. Please do not waste your money using this website- extremely poor customer service and I feel I have been scammed. Especially when this was supposed to be a Christmas gift!”

“Arrived nice and quick in a lovely box ,the wooden star is beautiful aswell as well engraved the only negative is that the certificate had a cheap look to it but apart from tht it was a brilliant present and well recived”

“Its a beautiful gift sadly my mother in law passed 2 months ago and I decided to get this as a Christmas present for my father in law and the name was wrong and I send them by email the next day and they kindly replace it with a download copies with the right name my 2 sisters in laws are going to get a copy for there Christmas presents.”

“We named our Star Hobie after our beautiful Bedlington Terrier who sadly left us aged 15 1/2. It gives us some comfort when we look up into the night sky to find the star twinkling above. Gone but not forgotten our sweet boy.”
