“I bought some spacers for my vehicle, I believe I ordered the wrong kit (wrong wheel nuts), spoke to Nick via live chat about the mistake, he immediately sent me out the correct ones, and will refund me the difference when the wrong item gets returned, all done within 10 minutes. Even the original order came within 2 days. Really good service and will be using them again in the future.”

“Very impressed with their customer service and level of overall quality. When I first contacted Stance, the product I was looking for was out of stock. I was told it would take 2-3 working days to replenish stock and 2-3 days delivery. They let me preorder on the Wednesday and they arrived the following Wednesday. Just as promised. Construction of the coilovers are very impressive and I can’t wait to get them fitted.”
