You have still not replied re my query by telephone and e-Mail re -order 1550333040554 double charges re refund not the £4 as stated in T&C

The backpack looked lovely, however the front pocket zip was faulty and constantly catches when trying to open and shut. Tried contacting some where they took a week to reply, they were very unhelpful stating another team would contact me, however no one did. So I returned which they have taken £4 out of my refund for returning a faulty item. Be aware, they don’t care about their customers at all.

Hi Jamie- I am sorry to hear of your negative experience and that your backpack had become faulty. I can see on our messaging system that our colleagues did respond to your messages once the office reopened after the weekend. Your refund has been processed and because you have returned a faulty item, the £4 returns fee does not apply, so the full transaction amount has been refunded. If you can see a different amount in your bank account, then please do let us know so we can investigate this further. If you have any further queries please do let us know. Hallo stackers-team, Die Box ist bestellt und direkt bezahlt, aber bisher ist noch nichts geliefert worden. Nicht mal eine Nachricht, dass sie inzwischen auf dem Weg ist! Das ist jetzt 2 Wochen her. Bitte um Rückmeldung wann sie geliefert wird. Marion Lehnert

Hi Marion, So sorry for your dissapointment. We tried to reach out to you directly regarding this order after it was placed but I am not sure if this message was received. Unfortuantley as the order was palced on our UK site with a German delivery address we had to cancel it and issue a full refund as we are not offering international shipping at this time. I never received my backpack. I contacted DPD who advised that it was delivered to the wrong address and the supplier stackers should contact them to initiate investigation. I already sent a few emails to stackers asking to contact DPD and to initiate investigation which they never did and never replied to me. Awful customer service or should I say non-existant customer service. I never received by backpack and there was no investigation or even an apology

The 8 slot watch layer I bought doesn't fit the last stackers watch layer. It's just a little too big. What's the point of marketing the ability to just buy another layer I'd you keep changing sizes so you can't buy one that fits down the road? Will not be buying fron stackers again.

Stackers cancelled my order without any explanation just before Christmas. I do love my Stackers jewellery box and was hoping to give one to my mam, but don't have any more confidence in this company.

Hi Rebecca- Unfortunately your order was cancelled as we are not able to ship to Ireland- an email was sent to the email address used at the point of order on the 28/11 where we notified you that we were unfortunately unable to fulfil your order and this would be cancelled and refunded in full. I returned this item as it was not fit for purpose and had to wait a long time to get my money back and was charged postage both ways. Very disappointed

The jewellery box arrived damaged. One side of the lower section had partially come away along the top edge and had torn the covering material.

The back zipper has just come apart & im very disappointed as my granddaughter is really upset. Can I send it back for repair or replacement.

I haven't received my purchase yet so can't review. I had no choice as to delivery and, having tried on two subsequent days when ai was not in, the item appears to have been returned. Can it please be resent?

We never expect customers to pay for the return if the item they have received is faulty, this is why it states " If you have a faulty item, please contact the retailer directly" before you proceed through the returns form.
