I never received my backpack. I contacted DPD who advised that it was delivered to the wrong address and the supplier stackers should contact them to initiate investigation. I already sent a few emails to stackers asking to contact DPD and to initiate investigation which they never did and never replied to me. Awful customer service or should I say non-existant customer service. I never received by backpack and there was no investigation or even an apology
