The designs are modern and the colours are too. The three items I bought weren't the best quality. Carboard covered in pleather is basically this brand in a nutshell.

Thanks for your review. Our stackable products are made with an MDF frame and not card board, with exception of our soft items, such as bags, and travel cases. I am sorry that the items received were not as you had expected. Unfortunately I found most of my makeup didn’t fit in. Huda palettes too wide and even my mascara too long, pretty useless. Looks nice though.

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your items did not fit inside the product. We do try and provide as much info on our products as possible and all of the dimensions and internal compartment dimensions are listed on the product page to help customers choose a product best suited to their needs. The box was lovely but I was expecting it to be the same size as previously bought so I could stack the layers. I then had to pay to return the item.

Order was wrong when it arrived. That was a pity but contacted company and returned as soon as possible. Still waiting for a refund two weeks after it was returned to warehouse. Very disappointed with my experience.

It’s not made clear that returns are not included in the order, and the returns process doesn’t work I’ve sent several emails trying to return an item and still not managed as is only emails, no phone contact, and only weekday responses to emails. A very small operation!!

Hi Moj, I am sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. Details about returns can be found on our returns page: https://stackers.com/returns. It does state that a flat rate of £4 will be deducted from your refund on this page, along with this being shown on the ReBound system once a return is started. With regards to the system itself, we unfortunately have had some issues with certain order numbers as we had migrated our website over to a new platform which caused some technical difficulties with the data linking. However, we are accepting returns and have been helping customers who have been in touch. I have checked through our inbox and cannot find any email from your email address or any emails referencing your order number. Please could you let us know which email address you have sent your messages to so I can make sure we get back to you to as soon as possible?
