The three stars are mainly for customer service and not the functionality or quality of their products. I never received an email with tracking information and when I was finally able to get the information, I found out my package was stuck at a DHL warehouse for over 5 days due to insufficient delivery address information. All my documents (e.g. sales receipt, packaging slip, etc.) had the correct full address information, except for the actual shipping label. I am still waiting to hear back about how this happened.

Good product, however delivery was poor. I was charged for delivery and it did not happen. Instead I had to go out of my way to collect. The most annoying thing was that I complained to Stackers and they couldn’t even be bothered to reply.

Lovely product shame about the postage. Paid for next day delivery and received in four days. Emailed to ask if some of the postage could be refunded but never received an answer.

As your order was placed on a Saturday, this was processed once our offices and warehouse reopened on the Monday. Sent the item back the next day due to the bag being too bulky for the purpose I needed. However it was over a month later that I finally got my refund! Customer service took days getting back to be each time I contacted them and would not entertain expediting anything for me

Love Stackers as a whole but was really disappointed in the colour of the sage as it looks completely different to website. I ended up sending it back and swapping for Oatmeal which I love! Returns process could be better, I almost didn’t bother returning since the cost of returning was going to be almost as much as what I bought.

My order was for a blush coloured jewellery case, I received an oatmeal colour. No explanation why. I checked your website and there were no blush ones advertised, I would imagine that colour was out of stock. My confirmation order definitely stated blush. As time was of a premium I accepted what you sent.

Disappointed that when rings are placed into their slots, the next layer will not fit flat!

I really like my Stackers with the different layers suitable for earrings, rings and larger jewellery. However the colours have been changed so when I bought another layer in pale blue online, it didn't match my existing Stackers which is really disappointing.

Jewellery box bought as a present. Everyone was really pleased with it. However, within a few days of receiving and using the gift, the clasp broke. The recipient still loves the jewellery box and didn’t want to cause a fuss but as the purchaser, I was very disappointed . I thought I was buying a quality jewellery box that would last - there are many cheaper alternatives available. I didn’t expect the clasp to break within days of using it. I was going to be buying more as Christmas presents, but now I’m not sure they are worth spending the extra money on.

Not really awfully impressed, wish now I'd stuck out for a traditional good quality leather jewellery box, but after a house move where my previous jewellery box got ruined I needed one in a hurry. I'm particularly irritated by the whole stacking process, and needing to adjust the stack each time to look even.

We originally created 'Stackers' with the idea that you could add different layers to your collection, build your ideal jewellery box and be able to view your collection easily. We have recently created some new layers which have built-in drawers so you can view your jewellery without removing each layer, so these may be of interest to you if you would like to add to your Jewellery Box set. The item was beautifully made and good to look at but unfortunately the hooks were not high enough for me to hang my necklaces meaning they dragged on the bottom of the stand.
